Overview

Our Galvo Laser Welding Machine adopts high-performance galvanometer scanning system as the core optical structure. Different from traditional handheld or fixed-head laser welders, the galvo scanner quickly deflects the laser beam to complete welding paths without moving the workpiece. It realizes ultra-fast spot welding, seam welding and group welding in a preset scanning area. With stable fiber laser source, it delivers concentrated energy, small heat-affected zone and neat welding seams. This non-contact welding method is easy to integrate with automation and assembly lines for mass continuous production.
